David Young Homes, Inc. (DYH) was founded in 2003 by David V. Young. David grew up in his father's building business and has been building homes since 1984.
Over the years David has established an unparalleled tradition of home building pride and excellence, evidenced by his many awards.
Most of David's clients are referred by previous customers, the best indicator of customer satisfaction. David has worked tirelessly to accomplish this since his company's inception. A company's success depends on understanding it's customers and each of David's clients is looking for a home that is uniquely theirs. David Young Homes is able to provide this by working with their clients through each step of the building process from financing, lot selection, choosing an architect and designer, through landscaping. David is able to draw from his 30+ years of construction experience to insure that every detail is to the customer's satisfaction. DYH only employs craftsmen and vendors that share that attention to detail and dedication to the customer.
