DESIGN

If you have an architect, or are searching for one we can help. We have knowledge of architects and designers that will match well with your style of living. We will even attend meetings with you and your architect to lend logistical assistance.

CONSTRUCTION AND MORTGAGE FINANCING

David Young Homes has experience with individuals in the lending industry that will help you accomplish your goals from short-term interim financing to long-term mortgage. We will then develop specifications and preliminary pricing for your review. Once your plans and specs are complete DYH will help you create a final detailed budget.

CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR HOME

We at David Young Homes will inform you of every stage of construction and explain when to make design decisions during the building process. In addition, David Young Homes will invite your input at every stage of construction and will be by your side every step of the way.
